order to comply with the European Union (EU) Directive
on Distance Selling, which is incorporated into UK
law by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)
Regulations 2000, the following Terms & Conditions
must be agreed to before buying any of our products
or services. Further information on this can be found

Please note that these do not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer.
PAYMENT
All prices are in £ sterling. Payment can currently
be made by PayPal.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working
days after receiving your products without giving
a reason providing the material is returned to us
in perfect condition. The 7 working day cancellation
period begins the day after receipt of the goods.
You will however have to pay the cost of returning
the goods to us. We reserve the right to assess whether
goods returned are in the same, perfect condition
they were sold and delivered in. If you have decided
to cancel your order, or wish to return your bags
to Lazula Limited, we will refund your credit card
within 30 days of cancellation.
COMPLAINTS
If you are unhappy with our service or product, in
the first instance you should e-mail, or write to
us. Contact details are provided below. We will endeavor
to respond to all complaints within three days.
DATA PROTECTION ACT
We are committed to protecting
your privacy as much as we would our own. We will
only use the information that we collect about you
lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act
1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code
of Conduct. We will not e-mail you in the future unless
it is requested or directly related to your purchase
of our goods, or a reply. We will not pass your e-mail
address or any personal information to any third party.
